Klerpik Client Public Offer

General Provisions

  1. The resource owner, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", publishes a public offer to provide services available on the website klerpik.fun .
  2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. An individual accepting the terms set forth below pays for the Service Provider's services in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment for services is acceptance of the offer, which is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms specified in the offer.
  3. Before using the Service Provider's services, carefully read the text of this offer. If you do not agree with any of its provisions, we recommend that you refrain from purchasing services.
  4. For the purposes of this offer, the following terms apply:
    • Offer — a public proposal by the Service Provider, addressed to individuals, to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in this document and its appendices.
    • Client — an individual who has entered into an agreement with the Service Provider on the terms of the offer.
    • Acceptance — full acceptance by the Client of the terms of the agreement.
    • Service — a list of services presented on the website klerpik.fun .
    • Order — items selected by the Client from the list of services when placing an order on the website.

Subject of the Agreement

  1. The Service Provider provides services in accordance with the current price list posted on the website klerpik.fun , and the Client pays for and accepts services according to the terms of this agreement.
  2. This agreement and its appendices are official documents of the Service Provider and constitute an integral part of the offer.

Order Placement

  1. Services are ordered by the Client through the website klerpik.fun .
  2. When registering on the website, the Client provides the following data: username and email address.
  3. Payment by the Client for an order placed on the website confirms acceptance of the terms of this agreement. The payment date is considered the date of conclusion of the agreement.
  4. Information presented on the website klerpik.fun is for informational purposes only and may not always fully reflect the characteristics of services. To clarify details, the Client should contact the Service Provider before placing an order.
  5. The order fulfillment period is 1 business day. In exceptional cases, the period may be agreed individually depending on the nature of the service. If the service cannot be provided, including for reasons beyond the Service Provider's control, the Service Provider has the right to cancel the order by notifying the Client by email.
  6. The order is considered completed after the service is accepted by the Client.
  7. The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrect contact information provided by the Client.
  8. If an order is improperly executed through the fault of the Service Provider, re-provision of the service is provided free of charge.

Order Payment

  1. Payment for an order is made by the Client by transferring funds to the Service Provider's account through electronic payment systems. Confirmation of payment is an electronic receipt.
  2. The cost of services specified on the website klerpik.fun may be changed by the Service Provider without prior notice to the Client.
  3. Payment is accepted exclusively by non-cash method.

Order Refund

  1. According to paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Client may refuse the service before it is performed.
  2. Upon receiving a service of inadequate quality, the Client is obliged to promptly notify the Service Provider.
  3. In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I, the amount for a service of inadequate quality is returned to the Client within 10 calendar days from the moment of filing a claim. The refund is made to the Client's electronic account within 5 business days.
  4. A refund for a service of proper quality is possible subject to the following conditions:
    • No confirmation of successful software launch recorded on the Service Provider's server.
    • The Client did not refuse the Service Provider's assistance in resolving launch issues caused by third-party software or other reasons that the Service Provider can resolve by providing instructions.
  5. In other cases, a refund for a service of proper quality is not made.
  6. To refund funds for a service of inadequate quality, a document (invoice or act) is drawn up containing:
    • Full name of the Service Provider.
    • Full name of the Client.
    • Service name.
    • Service date.
    • Amount to be refunded.
    • Signatures of the Service Provider and Client.
  7. A refund is possible if the service has not been started.
  8. The Client has the right to file a claim for a refund of the service cost within 7 days from the date of order acceptance.
  9. To refund funds to a bank card, the Client must fill out a refund application, which is sent by the Service Provider upon request to the Client's email. The application is sent to support@klerpik.fun . The refund is made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the application.
  10. The application review period starts from the moment it is received by the Service Provider and is calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the application is received after 15:00 on a business day or on a non-business day, it is considered received on the next business day.

Rights, Obligations and Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not responsible for improper use by the Client of services ordered on the website or through an operator.
  2. The website and its content are provided "as is", without any warranties.
  3. The Service Provider and its partners are not liable for any damage, including blocks or bans, related to the use or inability to use the website.
  4. The Service Provider may transfer its rights and obligations to fulfill orders to third parties.
  5. All complaints about improper order fulfillment are sent to support@klerpik.fun and are reviewed within 10 business days.
  6. The Client does not have the right to transfer, sell or exchange access to services provided by the Service Provider.
